If you are experiencing a housing problem which could lead to you becoming immediately homeless, please contact Cheshire West & Chester Council on 0808 175 3595 (option 3).

Reporting somebody sleeping rough

If you would like to report a concern about somebody sleeping rough, please contact Cheshire West & Chester Council on 0808 175 3595.This freephone line will be available 24 hours day throughout the Bank Holiday and will not be closed.

During the Bank Holiday you can get in touch by submitting a web form by clicking here or emailing hello@forfutures.co.uk. If you get in touch when we are closed on Monday 6 May, we will pick up your enquiry on our return.

Our normal opening hours will commence from Tuesday 7 May at 9am.
