Our Change Coordinators coach customers using a person centred approach to support them on a journey to fulfil their potential. Some areas of support include:
- Helping connect them to the community to improve wellbeing and prospects of employment e.g. through volunteering
- Support into education, training and employment
- Support to build confidence, personal worth, motivation, emotional well-being and a positive work ethic.
- Self-reflection on what is important to encourage take up and appreciation of everyday experiences.
