Across west Cheshire, nobody needs to be sleeping on the streets. People who are sleeping rough may not know about the support that is available to them.

If you’re concerned about someone who may be rough sleeping in Cheshire West & Chester you can report this directly to one of the housing options team during office hours 0808 175 3595 Option 2, or between 5pm and 9am directly to forfutures on 0808 175 3595 Option 3. We work closely together to ensure that all reports are followed up as soon as possible.

When you make a call, please have as much information about the person as possible so that we can start the process of assessing that individual’s needs as quickly as we can. Accurate information enables the Outreach Team to locate the person to speak with them, and to ensure the person knows how to access welfare services for themselves.
