We operate a street outreach service to help anybody rough sleeping in Cheshire West and Chester to get support. We work with partner agencies such as the police or mental health services to take a positive approach to removing barriers.

We support individuals with access to welfare facilities and work with them to understand their circumstances and agree the best option for them to move away from a life on the streets.

We work closely with the local authority’s CCTV service, local policing units, community safety wardens, fire service, faith groups and members of the public in identified “hot spots” to ensure information is acted on quickly. We also offer a 24 hour rough sleeper hotline for people to report a person who is rough sleeping.
